TWOK London is excited to give students at BAMM a tailormade experience in Afro Hair and Makeup. A modern up to date one-week intense course from basic training to high-end editorial hair and makeup specifically for Afro Carribean men and women. The course aims to give students the confidence to apply makeup to the various skin tones found in women of colour and also give an in-depth understanding of different textures Afro hair along with daily maintenance, styling options and product selection. TWOK will also be offering open-ended QnA sessions throughout the week for the students to ask questions on topics including diversity, working with different ethnicities, social media and starting a business in the beauty industry.
Kym Menzies Foster is an industry leading editorial and celebrity makeup artist. She travels the world and has an impressive career spanning various genres. She is also an educator with many years of experience working with international celebrities, magazines, fashion and lifestyle brands.
Regina Meessen is a freelance hairstylist and also an assessor for NVQ in hairdressing. She has extensive creative experience with numerous industry-leading salons. She has accumulated various nominations and accolades for her styling work and travels the world working with celebrities, brands, TV and fashion shows.
