Terms & Conditions


Bath Academy of Media Makeup Limited (“we or us”) offers the course to you (the “Student”) for yourself on the terms set out below. References to ‘Student’ are to the person to whom the course is provided.

1.    Booking

We require you to complete and submit  to us an Enrolment Form.  We reserve the right to decline or accept any Enrolment Form, but upon successful acceptance we will contact you in writing enclosing an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the relevant course fee (“Deposit”).  By completing and submitting to us an Enrolment Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.    Payment

We require full payment for any course to be made no later than 4 weeks before the course date specified on the relevant Enrolment Form (“Course Date”).

3.    Transfer

You must provide us with written notice not less than 6 weeks prior to the relevant Course Date of any desire on your part to transfer to another course.  We reserve the right to decline or accept your request to transfer to an alternative course, and any such transfer is strictly subject to availability.  An administration fee of £100.00 will be payable on our agreeing to any such transfer.

4.    Cancellation of Course

All Deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations requests received between 7 and 30 days before the relevant Course Date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fees (total of course fee minus Deposit).  No refund of fees will be available for cancellations later than 7 days before the relevant Course Date.

We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, refund or credit without any liability for consequential or indirect loss.
